This policy explains what Valor Hockey Group (“Valor,” “we,” “us”) does with information submitted through valorhockeygroup.com. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to what is described here.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That includes:

• Contact information — name, email address, and phone number.
• Registration details — player name, birth year, and team, when you register for a tournament.
• Anything you write to us — notes, questions, or details you add to a form or send by email.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identification, or similar sensitive information on this site.

How we use it

• To process tournament registrations and schedule consultations.
• To contact you about your player, an event, or a request you made.
• To send updates about Valor tournaments, programs, and services.
• To operate and improve what we offer.

How we share it

We may share, disclose, transfer, or sell the contact information described above to third parties. Those may include hockey programs, tournament organizers, camps, teams, scouting and advisory services, equipment and apparel companies, and other partners in the hockey community, as well as service providers who help us run this site and our operations.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to stop sharing or selling your information, or to delete what we hold. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your information or to have it corrected.

Information about young players

Our forms are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian, not by a child. Registration includes a player’s name and birth year, which a parent or guardian provides on the player’s behalf.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of players under 16 without the consent the law requires. If you believe a child has submitted information directly, email us and we will remove it.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored in our own business accounts and are accessible only to Valor staff. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and this website

This site does not use advertising trackers. Your browser may store small amounts of data locally to remember your preferences as you move between pages.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
